REFUND POLICY
IAV DJ is fully committed to giving our customers the very best online shopping experience.
In the event you have any issue with any item purchased from us get in touch with us and follow the returns procedure to get your issue resolved.
IAV DJ will accept for credit any item returned within 14 days of the purchase date on the condition that it is unopened, unused and is still new.
All returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA number. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number can be got by contacting us by email with the product details, your name and contact details and the reason for the return.
The RMA number should be clearly marked on the box containing the item to be returned. The item being returned should be in an external box to protect the item and it's packaging. We will not accept any item where the packing makes the item unsaleable as new.
The item must be returned to us in the condition that they were sent in order to be eligible for a refund. That means it will be unopened, unused and sealed with the contents complete. The packaging must be untorn or show signs of use.

Special Order Items Not Accepted
Special order items will not be accepted for return by IAV DJ. It is up to the customer to make sure they are ordering the correct item, we cannot be held responsible for any item ordered in error.
Software Returns Not Accepted
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any software or hardware that relies on software will run on their computer. IAV DJ will not refund any software and/or related hardware returned due to a compatibility issue. Check before you buy any software and/or related hardware against the specifications of your computer before you purchase.
Any software that has been registered with the software provider will not be accepted for return by IAV DJ
